This easy recipe brings together everything

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cubed watermelon

  • 100g Bulgarian cheese or feta

  • A few mint leaves, torn

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • Optional: lemon juice or balsamic glaze


Instructions:

  1. Mix the watermelon and cheese gently.

  2. Add mint and olive oil.

  3. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes, or chill and take it with you on the go.
