If you’re planning to visit Israel, then great, it`s time you learned first-hand, why tourists love Israel.
One, Israel is rich with sceneries, museums, parks, and fun-filled activities.
Whether winter or summer, you will never think of calling off your tour. While there are places you cannot go or visit owing to what summer comes with, there is no time you will run out of exciting options.
Hiking:
Northern Israel is a nature haven, with fantastic scenery dotted with hills and lush vegetation. Therefore, parks close to water bodies and nature parks provide a refreshing hiking option.
Whether alone or with kids, you can go for the Nahal El Al park trail which has a beautiful natural canyon amid the thick forest. At the waterfall you can swim in the canyon or just enjoy the cool breeze from the waterfall.
Apart from Nahal, other hikes through the canopies include the Majrase, which ends in a swimming trail and the expansive Yehudiya falls where you can have fun along the path and huge waterfalls.
Visit the Kibbutz:
Visiting a Kibbutz used to be considered the bread and butter of touring Israel, with the eroding traditional cultures, there is not much Kibbutz as they used to be. Kibbutzes provide an understanding of Israelite religion.
Swimming:
There is no better way to spend the summer than to go and enjoy the cool breeze of the beach. Northern Israel has stretches of beaches near the Sea of Galilee and in parks. The beaches are perfect for anyone.
On the east shore of the Sea Of Galilee, there is the Kibuttz Ein Gev, a private beach and resort perfect for unwinding after a long day touring the museums of North Israel. Other beaches to choose from including the Tsemach Beach (south the sea of galilee) near the Jordan valley or BoraBora beach.(west of the sea of galilee)
Apart from the beaches, the area around the Sea of Galilee is full of modern resorts, spas, and swimming pools. You can always find a perfect joint to chill or spend the night.
Visit Parks:
Northern Israel is strewn with parks everywhere, from the most beautiful Gan Hashlusha in Beit Shean Valley, to the Arbel National park where you can have a panoramic view of Galilee —the North never ceases to amaze.
The Archziv beach has artifacts dating back to prehistoric times and beautiful sandy beaches along. And if you love summer walks, having them at the top of Mt Hermon is a great idea. The mountain has resorts where you can sleep and gives you a perfect view of the Sea of Galilee and the Nimrod fortress; the only castle remaining from the 13th century.
